At Yunchasha, we understand that plans can change. This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains when and how customers may request order cancellations or modifications after placing an order on our website.
Because we process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery, all requests must be submitted promptly.
- Order Processing Timeline
Orders placed on the Yunchasha website are sent to processing shortly after checkout.
- Processing time: 1–2 business days
- Order cut-off:
- Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday may begin processing the same day
- Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST), on weekends, or holidays begin processing the next business day
Once processing begins, our ability to cancel or modify an order becomes limited.
- Order Cancellation
2.1 Eligibility for Cancellation
Customers may request order cancellation within 2 hours of placing the order, provided that:
- The order has not been packed
- The order has not been shipped
- A tracking number has not been generated
Once an order has entered packing or shipping stages, cancellation is no longer possible.
2.2 How to Request a Cancellation
To request cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible and include:
- Full name
- Order number
- Email address used at checkout
- Reason for cancellation (optional)

2.3 Refunds for Approved Cancellations
If your cancellation request is approved:
- A full refund will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds typically appear within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank
No cancellation fees are charged.
- Changing an Order
Order changes are allowed only within the same 2-hour window after purchase and before packing or shipping begins.
3.1 Types of Changes We Can Accept
If the order has not yet shipped, you may request:
- Size changes
- Color or variation changes
- Quantity adjustments
- Shipping address corrections
- Replacement with another in-stock item
- Corrections to customer details (name, email, phone number)
Once an order is shipped, changes can no longer be made.
3.2 Shipping Address Changes
Shipping address updates are possible only before shipment.
If the package has already been handed to the carrier:
- We cannot modify the address
- You may contact the carrier directly for rerouting or intercept attempts
- If delivery fails, the order may be returned and handled under our Return & Refund Policy
- Orders That Have Already Shipped
After an order has shipped, we are unable to:
- Cancel the order
- Change products or quantities
- Modify sizes, colors, or styles
- Update the delivery address
If you no longer wish to keep the item:
- Accept delivery
- Submit a return request under our 60-day Return & Refund Policy
- Eligible items will receive a full refund according to policy terms
- Refused Deliveries
Delivery refusal is accepted only when:
- The incorrect item was delivered
- The package arrived visibly damaged
If a delivery is refused for personal reasons:
- The package will be returned to us
- The return will be processed after inspection
- A refund will be issued according to our return policy
No refusal or restocking fees are charged.
- Pre-Orders & Back-Ordered Items
For items listed as pre-order or temporarily out of stock:
- Orders may be canceled anytime before shipment
- Changes may be requested if replacement items are available
- Full refunds are issued for unavailable items
- Customers will be notified of any delays
- Promotional Orders & Discount Codes
7.1 Discount Codes After Checkout
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively after an order is completed.
7.2 Modifying Promotional Orders
If an order includes promotions or discounts, changes may affect pricing. Any revised total must be approved by the customer before processing.
- Out-of-Stock Situations
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will:
- Notify you promptly
- Offer a replacement or alternative (if available)
- Offer full cancellation and refund
- Offer store credit (optional)
No fees are charged for out-of-stock cancellations.
- Errors Caused by Yunchasha
If an issue occurs due to our error (such as wrong item, incorrect size, missing item, or defect), we will provide one of the following at no cost:
- Free replacement
- Free exchange
- Full refund
We cover all associated shipping and handling costs in these cases.
