Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing includes:

Once processing is complete, the order is handed to the shipping carrier for delivery.

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (EST), Monday–Friday, are eligible for same-day processing.
Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on holidays are processed on the next business day.

  1. Shipping Carriers & Transit Time

Transit time begins once the package is transferred to the carrier. Yunchasha typically ships with:

  • USPS
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Or equivalent regional carriers

Transit usually takes 2–6 business days, depending on destination and carrier service.

  1. Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  • A tracking number
  • A tracking link
  • Estimated delivery window

Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update in the carrier’s system.

  1. Delivery Attempts & Carrier Handling

Delivery methods depend on the carrier and destination. Packages may be delivered to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Mailboxes or parcel lockers
  • Apartment offices or secure access points

If a delivery cannot be completed, the carrier may attempt redelivery or hold the package for pickup according to their policies.

  • APO/FPO military addresses

Certain oversized packages may not be eligible for delivery to P.O. Boxes.

  • If an address correction is needed, please contact us immediately
  • If the order has not yet shipped, we will update the address when possible
  • If the order has already shipped, address changes may not be possible

Damaged Packages

Stolen Packages
If a package is marked as “Delivered” but not received, customers should first check nearby delivery locations and contact the carrier for confirmation.
